Recently refurbished nice budget hotel in particularly good and excellent location close to public transport to London. Gorgeous breakfast with a huge variety of choices. Well furnished and newly remodelled room facing city. Very friendly staff interactions.

We enjoyed the fact this hotel was cheap to stay and was located near our destination.
The manager was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The breakfast was terrible, the bread was still defrozing and everything was lidi/aldi brand. Although we had a fridge in our room there was no tea/coffee making facilities and no hairdryer.

This house hotel is truly the worst I 've been so far, stuff are quite annoying, and no privacy in their mind at all. I'd rather stay in hostel or backpacker for such a unpleasant experience. Also, they speak a little English which is not enough to cope with their business needs, with an Indian housewife-dressing-like being a receptionist to give you a lot of instructions before you can get into your room, and without giving you a key. Generally, very unpleasant stay, awful, and not even worthy of a tenner.

Perfect for a budget stay!
I stayed one night at this place and it was pretty decent. The bathroom looked new and the shower was hot, so that was a win! Plus, my room had a fridge which was fab! It's close to the train station and some shops, but the traffic was a bit noisy outside.

The best thing about Trinity House Hotel is that it is easy to find and only a short walk from the nearest tube station making it convinient if you just need somewhere to stay overnight. The staff were quite friendly and you can come and go as you please so it does not matter if you are arriving back late at night/early hours of the morning from a concert or such. For those who like us who were not too bothered where they stay as long as it's not too expensive and not too far to walk then this is a good choice.
While I found this hotel convienient enough as we only needed it for the one night anyone staying any longer may find the hotel very basic and the breakfast mentioned only includes toast and cerial and thus you are probably better off getting something to eat elsewhere and only using the place to sleep and chill out after a long journey before going elsewhere for entertainment.

The best value we found in London with our budget. The hotel is 5 minutes from a metro station (Black Horse), the bus stop is in front of the station and can drop you at the hotel. Then about 20 minutes underground to central London. It passes quickly. The manager of the hotel is very friendly and attentive, especially with my pregnant girlfriend. She gave us a small bottle of water and fruit every morning before leaving for London. Always a little word about our journey morning and evening. The hotel is simple, clean and quiet. With bathroom, tv (small) and fridge. There are shops and a large mall near where we purchased our souvenirs, more convenient and less expensive than in central london. We found our hotel here for our future trips to London!

I appreciated the charming Victorian decor. The convenient location near transportation made it easy for me to explore the city.
More attention to cleanliness would be beneficial.

Hotel needed a good clean, everything was fllthy - carpets, curtains, facilities. Breakfast was just tea, juice, toast and cereal - all of which was very stale and very cheap brands. We were very reluctant to stay when we arrived, but because we had plans was too late to cancel and we would have been charged. Hotel very very shabby and outdated. Was quite a walk from the nearest train station, and quite way out of the city centre - could have easliy got a hotel room for a little more closer to town. Definitely will not stay there again.
